Enquiries and your information

When you send an enquiry, Villa Park Hotel Abuja uses the contact details, travel dates and requests you provide to respond and help arrange your visit. Please avoid including payment card details, identification documents or sensitive information in the enquiry form.

Secure online payment

When online payment is enabled, it is processed by Paystack. Pay-on-arrival bookings do not send payment details to a gateway. For online checkout, your email and the booking amount are sent to Paystack to initiate checkout. Card and bank details are entered on Paystack’s secure payment page and are not stored by Villa Park.

Website preferences

The site uses browser session storage to remember when you dismiss a promotion. This preference is not used for advertising. Staff sign-in and enquiry forms use a necessary session cookie for security.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, device types, traffic sources and completed website bookings (room category, number of rooms, booking value and payment method). Analytics cookies are optional and remain off until you choose Accept analytics. We do not send guest names, email addresses, form contents or reservation links to Google Analytics. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Google processes analytics data on our behalf; see Google’s privacy policy.
